今天是我们共同的“神墨日”。24年前的今天，神墨创办于山东临沂。此时此刻，我不禁想起了神墨20周年校庆时我们数千人欢聚一堂的情景。因为疫情，今年我们无法线下相聚。在这个特殊的日子，我想以这种方式和大家说说心里话，一起回顾我们共同走过的路。
Today is "Shenmo's Day" for all Shenmo people. 24 years ago today, Shenmo was founded in Linyi, Shandong. At this moment, I can't help but think of the joyful gathering of all of us on Shenmo's 20th anniversary. Due to the epidemic, we cannot meet offline this year. On this special day, I would like to share my thoughts with you in this way and look back on the road we have traveled together.
24年前，我刚好是一个24岁的青年，初涉人世，踌躇满志，以一名年轻老师的单纯之心创办了神墨。可以说，神墨寄托着一个年轻人纯粹而热烈的人生梦想。此后至今的24年，神墨成为了五湖四海一群人共同的事业，这份事业的版图在不断扩大，参与价值共创共享的神墨人越来越多，教育与助人进步把我们紧紧连接在一起，追求自我成长与生命绽放让我们携手共进，同愿同行。
24 years ago, I happened to be a 24-year-old young man who had just entered the society with great ambition, and I founded Shenmo with the pure aspiration of a young teacher. It can be said that the creation of Shenmo pinned the pure and passionate dream of a young man. In the 24 years since then, Shenmo has become a common cause of a group of people from all over the world. The territory of this cause is constantly expanding, and more and more Shenmo people are participating in our value co-creation and sharing. The mission of educating people and helping others to make progress connects us closely, and the pursuit of self-growth and achievement makes us forge ahead together.
24年后的今天，我们更明白了什么是志同道合，什么是风雨同舟，也更感受到了全球神墨一家亲。如今，48岁的我即将迈入“知天命”之年，24岁的神墨青春正健，神墨的梦想与未来正在开启新的创展。在此，我要特别感谢24年来每一位神墨同仁的努力与付出，神墨事业是所有神墨人共同创造，神墨永远是我们成己育人的事业平台和安顿心灵的精神家园。借此机会，我们也要共同感谢这个伟大的时代，感谢24年来所有神墨学员家长的信任与陪伴，感谢给予神墨指导、支持和关爱的各界有识之士。回望不同发展阶段，我们都会遇到明师与“贵人”，这是神墨人的幸运和福报，我们当永远心怀感恩。
24 years later, we’ve had a better understanding of like-mindedness and standing together through thick and thin, and we also have had a deeper sense of the family connection between Shenmo people around the world. Now, I am 48 years old, and I’m about to enter the age of "knowing one’s destiny" as the Chinese say, and the 24-year-old Shenmo is just in the prime of youth, and its dream and future are starting a new chapter. On this special day, I would like to thank every Shenmo colleague for their hard work and dedication over the past 24 years. The achievements of Shenmo are due to the joint efforts of all Shenmo people. Shenmo will always be our platform to achieve self-success and cultivate others and our spiritual home to settle our hearts. We would also like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to this great era, to the trust and company of all Shenmo students and parents, and to the insightful people from all walks of life who have given Shenmo guidance, support and care over the past 24 years. Looking back at different stages of Shenmo’s development, we have met various mentors and helpers. This is the luck and blessing of Shenmo people, and we should always be grateful.
回顾过去，我们更清晰地发现，无论是个人成长，还是事业发展，其背后都有很强的规律性。按照“春夏秋冬”和“创展理引领觉”发展规律，以四年为期，历经六个发展阶段，走过1.0时代和2、0时代，2022年创办24周年之际，神墨开始迈入3.0新的发展阶段。24周年，承前启后，对神墨和每一个神墨人，都是一个特殊的时间节点，都有着非同寻常的特别意义。
Looking back on the past, we will find that there are strong rules behind both personal growth and business development. By following the development law of “spring – summer – autumn – winter” and “startup – development – standardization – guidance – leading - self-consciousness”, with a four-year cycle and six development stages, Shenmo will enter 3.0 era on the occasion of its 24th anniversary. For Shenmo and its members, the 24th anniversary has an extraordinary and special meaning, as it is a milestone that bridges past and future.
过去的24年，乘时代发展东风，和合国策，顺势而为，神墨的事业规模从小到大，从国内拓展到海外。目前，神墨学校在国内几乎遍布所有省市区县，响应国家“乡村振兴”战略，助力乡村教育发展，越来越多的乡镇神墨学校创办成立。在海外，契合“一带一路”倡议，神墨已授权100余国家的相关机构开展珠心算等神墨课程，并建立数十家海外盟校，神墨海外学员数量不断增加。我们用24年时间，创展精进，实现了教育连锁运营的“神墨规模”，这是神墨人可以引以为傲的事业成就，也是所有神墨人心血与智慧的共同结晶。
Shenmo Scale. In the past 24 years, Shenmo has actively responded to the national policy and seized the opportunities of the times, thus our business has been expanded significantly and promoted overseas. So far, Shenmo has expanded its footprints in almost all provinces, cities and counties of China. At the same time, we are also actively responding to the national strategy of "advancing rural vitalization" by driving the development of rural education, and more and more Shenmo schools have been set up in villages and towns. Moreover, as an answer to the Belt and Road Initiative, Shenmo has franchised relevant institutions in more than 100 countries to teach abacus mental math course and has built dozens of overseas franchise schools, and the number of Shenmo overseas students continues to increase. It took us 24 years to achieve the "Shenmo scale" of education chain operations. This is an achievement that Shenmo people can be proud of, and it is also the crystallization of the labor and wisdom of all Shenmo people.
过去的24年，我们坚守教育初心，以“人性关怀、能力培养、心智启迪”为教育定位，以“平等、尊重、信任、赏识、关注、激励”为核心教育理念，践行“爱”的教育，成立课程研究院，构建七大课程与教师培训体系，完成课程产品的多元化和教学内容品质的不断升级。神墨心智课程惠及无数海内外少年儿童，早期在神墨学习的孩子如今已成人成才，有的学员在毕业后还选择做一名神墨老师。我们用24年时间，践行“用心用情用爱育人”，影响和滋润了一个个孩子和一颗颗心灵，进而影响了无数家庭，成就了“神墨口碑”。这是我们每一个神墨人最为之自豪的无形财富，也是我们作为“育人者”永远不变的本色追求。
Shenmo WOM. In the past 24 years, we have adhered to the original aspiration of education, taking “humanistic care, mental enlightenment and ability improvement” as the educational positioning, with “equality, respect, trust, appreciation, appreciation and encouragement” as the core educational concept to practice “education with love”. We have established course research institutes, constructed seven major courses and teacher training systems, and completed the diversification of course products and the continuous upgrading of teaching content. The mental courses of Shenmo have benefited countless children at home and abroad. The students who studied at Shenmo in the early years have now grown up, and some students choose to be a Shenmo teacher after graduation. We have spent 24 years practicing "educating people with heart, enthusiasm and love", which has influenced and nourished children and their hearts, and then influenced countless families and won the word of mouth (WOM) for Shenmo. This is the intangible wealth that every Shenmo people is most proud of, and it is also our eternal pursuit as an educator.
过去的24年，基于教育初心与文化底色，我们从未忘记责任担当与公益事业。从早期的“神墨学员免费学习大行动”、希望小学援建，到各类赈灾捐赠、弱势群体关怀、神墨长青树公益植树工程、民进中央“彩虹桥”公益项目、神墨星星河增能公益联盟……神墨人拥党爱国，在教育使命、慈善公益、文化传承弘扬等方面乐于奉献，怀育人初心，行公益之道，充分彰显“神墨担当”。对神墨人而言，助人即助己，社会责任应是自发担当，公益助人当为自觉行动。助人育人之心是神墨人创展精进的力量源泉，我们用24年时间，努力践行“助人者”理念，以师者之心助人进步，像太阳一样温暖他人。
Shenmo Responsibility. In the past 24 years, Shenmo has never forgotten its responsibility and public welfare. We actively participate in various disaster relief donations and care for vulnerable groups, and have successively organized Shenmo Students Free Learning Campaign, the construction of Hope Primary School, Shenmo Evergreen Tree Planting Project, "Rainbow Bridge" Public Welfare Project, "Stars River Energized Public Welfare Alliance" … In terms of educational mission, charity, cultural heritage, etc., Shenmo people have fully demonstrated "Shenmo responsibility". For Shenmo people, helping others is helping themselves, and social responsibility and public welfare should be voluntary. The heart of helping and educating others is the source of strength for Shenmo people. For 24 years, we have worked hard to practice the concept of helper to help and warm others with the heart of a teacher.
过去的24年，我们构建了“文化、战略、产品、运营”四位一体管理模式，形成了“神墨战略决策十心法”，1998年至今不同阶段30余项重大核心战略举措的制定与实施成就了神墨24年的健康合道发展。基于共同的战略发展理念，我们形成了价值共创共享体系，总部团队、省级校委会、社团、一级学校共同形成四驾齐驱的强大合力。在神墨内部，所有战略决策和重要信息公开透明，所有神墨学校与神墨人之间畅通交流，经验共享，自觉付出，互帮互助。我们用24年时间，探索创新，合道而行，创造了教育加盟连锁管理的“神墨模式”，这是神墨人以赤诚之心共同成就的事业法宝，也是我们将要长久践行的神墨管理之道。
Shenmo Model. In the past 24 years, we have built a four-in-one management model of "culture, strategy, product and operation", formed "Shenmo's strategic decision-making method", formulated and implemented more than 30 major core strategic measures, which has achieved the healthy development of Shenmo. Based on the common strategic development concept, we have formed a value co-creation and sharing system, which allows the headquarters team, provincial school committees, associations and first-level schools to form a strong synergy. Within Shenmo, all strategic decisions and important information are open and transparent, and all Shenmo schools and colleagues can communicate and share smoothly. We have spent 24 years exploring and innovating, and have created the "Shenmo model" of education franchise chain management. This is the magic weapon of Shenmo's career, and the way of Shenmo management that we will practice for a long time.

Shenmo Culture. In the past 24 years, we have formed a systematic and profound Shenmo culture: with "helping people progress" as our mission, with “conducting with great virtue and enlightened wisdom, achieving self-success and cultivating others” as our motto, with “seeking truth and pursuing advancement” as Shenmo spirit, with “shining around the globe” as our vision, and with “integrity, wisdom and vitality” as our values. For us, culture is not a slogan, but a belief; not a reference to theory, but a summary of practice; not an abstract concept, but a hands-on practice; not a temporary passion, but a lifelong pursuit. In the past 24 years, we have jointly achieved and witnessed the power of culture and established cultural confidence. Shenmo culture is the cornerstone of Shenmo's development and the root of Shenmo's cause. In Shenmo, we all serve as builder, practitioner and spokesperson of Shenmo culture.
过去的24年，基于我们的事业发展、教育之道、管理之道与神墨文化，我们逐渐形成和构建了神墨道论体系。会熟精绝化、器技术法道、创展理引领觉、脉轮事业发展图谱、生命七维度、事业长青树、生命健康树、生活幸福树、三圆人生……神墨诸多成果背后源于我们汲取了中国传统文化中的智慧精华，构架了带有浓烈东方哲学韵味的底层发展逻辑——其核心关乎企业与个人的终极追求，关乎人生和事业发展规律，关乎生命价值的层次建构，关乎人性洞悉和心性觉察，直至关乎生命觉醒与天地大道。我们用24年时间，围绕事上练道、事业通道、心上觉道和生命之道凝炼而成的神墨道论，是神墨集体智慧的阶段性呈现，神墨人以此表达对智者先贤的敬畏，以此为24年上下求索写就精神篇章。
Shenmo Philosophy. In the past 24 years, we have gradually formed and built Shenmo Philosophy System, which involves “basic understanding – skillful - proficient – excellent - automatic”, “tool – skill – method – principle/law”, “startup – development – standardization – guidance – leading - self-consciousness”, chakra career development map, seven dimensions of life, career evergreen tree, life health tree, living happiness tree, “balanced development of our career, family and self-growth” … We have absorbed the essence of wisdom in traditional Chinese culture and constructed the underlying development logic with a strong oriental philosophical charm. The core of Shenmo philosophy is related to the ultimate pursuit of enterprises and individuals, the law of life and career development, the hierarchical construction of life value, the insight into and awareness of human nature and even the awakening of life and the law of the world. Shenmo Philosophy, which we have spent 24 years condensing around practicing in real event, feeling in the heart and the way of life, is a staged presentation of Shenmo's collective wisdom and a reflection of our awe for the wise and sages.
概括而言，过去24年，我们共同创造了“神墨规模”与“神墨口碑”，成就了“神墨担当”与“神墨模式”，沉淀了“神墨文化”与“神墨道论”，这是我们取得的六大核心成果。总结成绩的同时，从企业发展的角度，我们也要深刻意识到我们的局限与不足，神墨崇尚“道治”与“德治”，在“法治”上需要不断加强，对标卓越企业管理和中外百年标杆企业，未来的品质化发展之路依然任重而道远。
These are the six core achievements we have achieved in the past 24 years. While summarizing our achievements, we must also be aware of our limitations and deficiencies. While advocating "rule of Dao" and "rule of virtue", Shenmo also needs to strengthen the "rule of law". To keep up with excellent enterprise management and benchmarking enterprises at home and abroad, Shenmo still has a long way to go.
24年来，我们化壤播种，神墨百年长青树扎根长干，开枝散叶，开花结果。相对于花果和外在的事业成就，更重要的是，24年来，我们一直在优化土壤，深深扎根，强壮枝干。24年来，我们凝成了强大的信念系统和深度共鸣的集体共识，建立了坚定的使命追求和文化自信，我们笃信成长主义和奉献利他，在向善向好的光明大道上携手前行，这才是我们最宝贵最有成就感的集体成果，也是百年神墨的真正根基之所在。
24 years ago, we planted the seed of Shenmo. Over the past 24 years, this seed has taken root, sprouted, grown into a big evergreen tree that branches, blossoms and yields fruits. More importantly, for 24 years, we've been fertilizing the soil to allow this tree to have deeper roots and stronger trunk. In the past 24 years, we have formed a strong belief system and a consensus of deep resonance, and established a firm mission pursuit and cultural confidence. We believe in growth-oriented wisdom and dedication, and work together on the road of goodness. This is our most precious and fulfilling achievement, and it is also the foundation of Shenmo.
历经24年上下求索，抚今追昔，我们的内心无比坚定。
After 24 years of searching up and down, looking back at the past, our hearts are extremely firm at this moment.
我们坚信，教育是神墨人永恒的事业，师者文化是神墨文化的核心特质。任何时候，神墨人都将坚守教育初心，追求学高身正，以师者自励自警，在教学相长中不断成长进步。在西方，教育一词源于拉丁文educate，意为“引出”或“导出”，强调引发人的内在智慧，中国传统教育思想同样注重生命激发。神墨的教育和成长理念与教育的本源内涵深度契合，引领成长就是最高的教育合道。“得天下英才而教育之”为君子三乐之一，立足教育事业，神墨人将专一志，事上练，诲人不倦，乐在其中。
We firmly believe that education is the eternal cause of Shenmo people, and the culture of teachers is the core characteristic of Shenmo culture. Shenmo people will stick to the original aspiration of education, pursue academic excellence, encourage and remind themselves as teachers, and continue to grow and progress through teaching and learning. Etymologically, the word "education" is derived from the Latin word ēducātiō, which means “I lead forth, I take out”, with emphasis on evoking people’s inner wisdom, which is also the focus of traditional Chinese ideology of education. The educational concept and growth philosophy of Shenmo are just in line with the original connotation of education. “Getting the most talented individuals and teaching and nourishing them” is one of the three joys of a superior man. Established in the education field, Shenmo people will concentrate on improving their abilities in practice, teach others with tireless zeal.

We firmly believe that the growth-focused concept is the essence of the wisdom of Shenmo people, and growth-focused culture is the core content of Shenmo culture. We believe in the power of inner strength, and we believe that every ordinary person has unlimited potential to create miracles. The strategic development progress of Shenmo is just the history of the growth and progress of Shenmo people. Shenmo will always put people first and promote the development of its business with people's growth and progress. Shenmo people will insist in hearing, contemplating and meditating to awaken their own hearts, so as to improve the dimension of their life and bloom their life.
我们坚信，助人即助己，育人之心重于成长之念，奉献利他是神墨文化的根本底色。“为天地立心，为生民立命，为往圣继绝学，为万世开太平。”每当读到古圣先贤的胸怀抱负，我们感受到强大力量的同时也会感叹他们的“无我”大智。当我们越来越放下小我，越来越注重利他，我们的力量才会越来越强，我们的成长才会越来越快，我们的事业才会越来越好。怀“助亿万人进步”使命，建立自己的精神丰碑，立大志，发大愿，大爱显，生命闪，这是神墨人成长蜕变的共同方向。
We firmly believe that helping others is helping oneself, educating others is more important than growth, and dedication and altruism are the fundamental colors of Shenmo culture. The ancient sages of China expressed their aspirations as “To ordain conscience for Heaven and Earth. To secure life and fortune for the people. To continue lost teachings for past sages. To establish peace for all future generations.” Whenever we read these sentences, we admire their “no-self” wisdom. When we let go of our ego and pay more attention to others, our power will become stronger, our growth will become faster, and our career will become better. In Shenmo, we share a common direction for the growth and transformation, that is, setting great ambitions, making great wishes, showing great love, building our own spiritual monument with the mission of “helping people progress”.
因为有坚定的信念，我们对未来充满信心。展望未来，神墨3.0“高质量双发展”核心战略清晰明确。
With firm belief, we are full of confidence in the future. Looking ahead, Shenmo 3.0 era will take "high-quality dual development" as its core strategy.
“高质量”是全方位的品质化发展，是各个发展维度的持续升级——课程产品的升级、教学服务的升级、管理细节的升级、品牌形象的升级、神墨人能力境界的升级、成长方式的升级、生命维度的升级……“双发展”是事业规模与生命成功的统一共进，是内外兼修，是“太阳计划”的全面开启，是“光耀五洲”的逐步显现。
"High-quality" refers to all-round quality development, which is a continuous upgrade of various development dimensions from course products, teaching services, management details, brand image to Shenmo people's ability realm, growth style, and life dimension. “Dual development” means the unified progress of business scale and life success, the full opening of the "Sun Plan" and the gradual manifestation of “shining around the globe”.
3.0时代，神墨的“全人教育”体系与和墨、正墨、清墨品牌将陆续开始建构，遵循健康长久发展之道，我们的事业规模将继续扩展。对神墨人而言，如果说1.0是立足生存，2.0是立足生活，那么3.0则将是立足生命，我们将协力开启新的“创展理引领觉”，共同走向心性觉察与心灵安顿，在成己育人之路上快乐精进。
In 3.0 era, Shenmo will start the construction of “all-age education” system and brands of Hemo, Zhengmo and Qingmo. Following the path of healthy and long-term development, we will further expand our business scale. With 1.0 era based on survival, 2.0 era based on living, Shenmo 3.0 era will be based on life. We will open up a new stage of “startup – development – standardization – guidance – leading - self-consciousness” and jointly move towards mind-nature awareness and spiritual settlement.
著名历史学家许倬云先生曾提醒我们，“要有一个远见超越你未见”，外在环境永远纷纭变幻，重要的是要“向里走，安顿自己”。面对阴霾未散的新冠肺炎疫情，身处百年未有之大变局，在教育培训行业面临诸多挑战的当下，我们确实更需要远见，需要心存乐观，需要内在安顿。我也想起了荀子的话：“不诱于誉，不恐于诽，率道而行，端然正己，不为物倾侧，夫是之谓诚君子”——不被名利所诱惑，不因诽谤误解而恐慌，按照道义行事，专注修身正己，不为外物动摇，这才是君子之道。
The famous historian Xu Zhuoyun once reminded us, "One should have a vision beyond what he has not seen yet." The outside world is always changing. The important thing is to look inward and settle oneself. In the face of the COVID-19 epidemic and changes of a kind unseen in a century, when the education and training industry is facing many challenges, we need vision, optimism, and inner settlement more than ever. At this moment, I also remembered Xunzi's words: "Don't be tempted by fame and fortune, don't panic because of slander and misunderstanding, act in accordance with morality, focus on self-cultivation, and don't be shaken by external things, this is the way of being a superior man."
24年创展理引领觉，神墨人惟真惟实，交出了属于自己的时代答卷。而今，再次迈步开始新的创展征程，高质量双发展是我们清晰而坚定的共同方向。在神墨24周年这个特殊的时间节点，愿我们再次在心中播下大爱与智慧的种子，一起耕种心田，花开向阳，开心绽放。未来24年，太阳计划，光耀五洲，我们的事业和人生必将更加辉煌！
In the past 24 years, Shenmo people have handed over their own answers to the times. Now, we start a new journey again. High-quality dual development, the "Sun Plan", and “shining around the globe”—these are our new direction, clear and firm.
