全球神墨同仁：

 

大家好！

 

今天是第三十七个教师节，这是属于全体神墨人的重要节日，在这里，首先祝神墨人和所有教育同仁节日快乐

 

在这庄严喜悦的日子，我的心绪总会悄然飞至二十三年前——自己踏上神墨讲台，手持一方算盘，向四位小学员讲授珠心算的那一天。

 

二十三年来，神墨飞速发展，虽然个人角色几经转换，但对我而言不变的：是当初站上讲台那一刻的欣喜与激动，愉悦与自豪；是对孩子们成长进步的关切与肯定，展望与期待；是传授珠心算技艺、启迪孩童心智的持续追求与坚定心念。

 

当下，我们的教育正在回归原点。我想，所有神墨教师，也必定怀揣着这样的教育初心，憧憬着这样的教师梦想，笃定着这样的教育使命：

 

在与每一个孩子朝夕相处、传道授业过程中，我们不仅教授技艺，开启心智，更重要的是，我们要以平等带来尊重，以关注获取信任，以赏识造就激励，让孩子们在学习中体会成长，在成长中塑造人格。

 

在与每一位家长换位思考、推己及人地相处中，我们不仅分享观点，传递理论，更重要的是，我们要以理念触动理解，以热情唤起共情，以专业展现专注，以认知赢得认同，心意同传，育教并举，助力家长与孩子共同进步。

 

在持续学习、不断精进的成长主义指引下，我们不仅注重自我成长，专注自我提升，更重要的是，我们心中有爱，努力以利他之心助人，以无我之心奉献，一直在努力成就属于自己的“三圆人生”，并与志同道合者一起走向“生命成功”。

 

在“神墨百年梦、星光耀五洲”的共同愿景下，我们不仅传递文化知识，弘扬文化理念，更重要的是，我们致力于以充沛的文化自信心，强烈的文化自觉力，将优秀中华传统文化发扬至世界各个角落。

 

二十三年前，神墨的生发始于微小的教学之梦，纯然的育人之心。

 

二十三年后，无数有能力、有智慧、有魄力、有韧性的神墨人，沐风栉雨，兢兢业业，将共同的教育梦想无限放大，将厚德明智的育人初心广泛传递，汇聚为“助亿万人进步”的共同使命。

 

陶行知曾说，要把教育和知识变成空气一样，弥漫于宇宙，洗荡于乾坤，普及众生，人人有得呼吸。

 

教学并非一朝一夕之事，育人并非一时一刻之工。教育长路上，我们或遇风雨，或逢晴空，也临坎坷，也遇通途，唯任重道远，砥砺前行。

 

未来，全体神墨人将继续凝心聚力，秉行“培根铸魂、启智润心”育人观，规范以合国策，笃志以守初心，致学以明师德，更好担当育人使命，踏实做好教育本职工作。

 

长路虽远，有志必达；初心不改，精神永续。成己育人之路，愿与所有神墨人同勉共进，携手前行！

Dear Shenmo colleagues,

 

Greetings to you all!

 

 

Today is the 37th Teacher's Day. This is an important festival for all Shenmo people. First of all, I wish Shenmo people and all educators a happy holiday!

 

On this solemn and joyful day, my mind will always fly quietly to 23 years ago, the day when I set foot on the platform of Shenmo, held an abacus and taught abacus mental math to four young students.

 

Over the past 23 years, Shenmo has developed rapidly. Although my personal role has been changed several times, what remains unchanged for me is the excitement and pride at the moment when I first stood on the platform; the concern and expectation for children's growth and progress; and the unremitting pursuit and determination of teaching abacus mental math and enlightening children's minds.

 

Now, the education cause is bringing back its original aspiration. I believe that all Shenmo teachers must also share such kind of original aspiration and longing for education, and we are all determined to the following educational mission:

 

While we spend time with children, we not only teach them skills and open their minds, but more importantly, we will show respect through equal treatment, win their trust through expressing concern, and encourage them through appreciation, so that every child can experience growth in learning and shape their personality in growth.

 

In our interaction with student parents, we not only share our views and introduce our theories, but more importantly, we will foster their understanding by clarifying our ideas, arouse their empathy with passionate service, show our dedication with professionalism, and win their recognition with consensus in cognition. We will spread our sincerity and ideas, propagate the doctrine and impart professional knowledge at the same time, helping parents and children make progress together.

 

Under the guidance of growth-focused concept of lifelong learning and continuous improvement, we not only attach great importance to self-growth and self-improvement, but more importantly, with love in our hearts, we will strive to help others and devote our heart selflessly, we will strive to achieve balanced development of our career, family and self-growth, and we will work with the like-minded to realize the “success of life”.

 

Under the common vision of "full internationalization of Shenmo", we will not only pass on culture and knowledge, but more importantly, we will carry forward the excellent Chinese traditional culture to every corner of the world with great cultural self-confidence and strong cultural self-consciousness.

 

23 years ago, Shenmo was born with a small but pure dream of imparting knowledge and educating people.

 

23 years later, countless wise and competent Shenmo people with courage and resilience work unceasingly and assiduously to expand the educational dream they share and pass on the “great virtue and enlightened wisdom” in their practice of the common mission of Shenmo—“helping people progress”.

 

Mr. Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in China, once said that we should turn education and knowledge into the air that suffuses the universe so that everyone can breathe.

 

Education is not a one-off matter. On the long way of education, we may encounter rain or shine, ups and downs. Though arduous task, we will forge ahead bravely.

 

In the future, all Shenmo people will continue to concentrate their efforts on nurturing the root and soul of the nation and enlightening the wisdom and heart, standardizing our operation to respond to the national policy, keeping our original aspiration tenacious, focusing on teaching and learning to highlight teacher's ethics, and undertaking the mission of educating in a down-to-earth manner.

 

Where there's a will, there's a way. To accomplish ourselves, educate and benefit others, we are willing to work together with all Shenmo people and move forward hand in hand!
